Ways YOU can help CFY:
Financial Contributions
Your financial contributions help CFY improve the home learning environment of school children from low-income families nationwide. Computers for Youth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of your contribution, we will send you an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes.
CFY only accepts donations of 30 or more complete computer systems (CPU and monitor) at a time. Donations to CFY, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
You can help Computers for Youth by volunteering to help train families at CFY Family Learning Workshops held at families' local schools on Saturdays. CFY currently operates in New York City, Philadelphia and Atlanta. We plan to expand to two additional cities over the next two years.
To volunteer please contact us at train@cfy.org. We will then ask you for further information, such as the dates you are interested in volunteering. To volunteer you must be 18 years of age or older.
